The Economy department of the "Università Politecnica delle Marche" created a project of national scientific research with the aim to analyse the enterprises working with Open Source software and, in general, the whole ICT sector.
Its topics will be the technological innovation and the growth of the Italian companies providing Open Source products/services and their own requirements. The results will be on a small range of particularly dynamic and innovative companies.The aim of this research is to provide European and National Institutions with a current picture of the Open Source productive reality, improving the meeting between supply and demand of financial resources for the capital outlay.
The set of questions is short and anonymous, but the companies which want to, can become part of a kind of "Useful Open Source Pages", a point of reference for potential customers and/or partners, through an e-mail to ciffolilli@dea.unian.it.
